La Jolla Club – Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your junior golfer to love your La Jolla Club purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note:
Clubs that show signs of use (scratches, ball marks, grip wear, or bag wear) are not eligible for return.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

Exchanges

If you need a different size or age group, we’re happy to help with an exchange (subject to availability). Please contact us before returning your item so we can assist you quickly.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • La Jolla Club is not responsible for lost return shipments
